Eugene Suh, the founder of this firm, is a big firm veteran, having spent the majority of his legal career at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms. Eugene left that “big-firm” practice because he wanted to make his experience and expertise accessible to non-institutional clients, including individuals, start-ups, and small and large businesses.

Eugene specializes in business and commercial litigation, and has extensive experience litigating on both sides of single-plaintiff and class action claims. He handles the full spectrum of business-related disputes, contract disputes, consumer protection and false advertising claims, intellectual property matters, non-compete and non-solicitation matters, and real estate transactions and disputes. Eugene is also experienced in litigating claims relating to employment matters such as alleged wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Prior to forming The Law Office of Eugene S. Suh, Eugene was a Senior Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, one of the country’s leading labor and employment law firms. Prior to that, Eugene worked as a commercial litigator with Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, handling complex commercial litigation matters, many of which were taken to trial, and resulted in favorable verdicts for their clients.

During law school, Eugene served as Editor-In-Chief of the Southwestern University School of Law’s Law Review, served as a Teaching Assistant in several subject matters, and ultimately graduated Magna Cum Laude. After leaving school, Eugene also worked as an Adjunct Professor for Southwestern University, School of Law.
